The possibility for one of a laundry customer to be handled by using the Web Order functionnalities is defined in the Administration Portal (where you mainly defined your products and your customers). Thus, go to your Administration Portal :

  • Select your customer

  • Check that delivery days are correctly set

  • Check that contract value is correct
