Goals

WebOrder Customer (WOC) is a web application dedicated to customers to manage their orders.

Only the orders of the connected customer are displayed.

Dedicated to

Users are the customers. They have a specific login/password account to access to this webportal.

Rules

  • Secured access with username / password authentication

  • Synchronization of data between web portals (WOA, WOD)

Major Features

  • Creation of orders

 

  • Alerts regarding maximum quantities to order by site, minimum quantities, bundle size

  • Update of orders when not yet validated by the Laundry

  • Creation of standing orders

This screen is available if the customer is allowed to create standing orders (parameter defined in Acuity Administration).

 

 

  • Visual indication of order status:

    • Pending

    • Validated

    • In Progress

    • Ready or Partial

    • Delivered
