Goals

• The dispatch web portal allows to validate the orders ready to be put in the trolleys.

• Orders will be splitted by trolleys, the user can add, delete or merge trolleys.

• N items maximum are allowed by trolley, depending on the value defined in Acuity Administration

• Bundle rules are applied if defined in Acuity Administration

• An algorithm calculates the repartition of linen between trolleys

• Docklets can be printed to be hung to trolleys

• Orders are created in Weborder Admin or in Weborder Customer, with the quantities of products to be prepared.

• If orders are not managed in packing order station, they can be completed in weborder Dispatch

• Secured access with username / password authentication: only authorized users with administrator rights can access to WOD.

• Orders created in WebOrder Customer are visible in WOD.
