Several Web portal modules are available:

  • Manages parameters useful for the other web portal modules

 

WEBORDER CUSTOMER https://order.acuity-cloud.com

  • Used by the customer to create orders

WEBORDER ADMINISTRATION https://order-admin.acuity-cloud.com

  • Used by the laundry to manage orders of its customers

 

WEBORDER DISPATCH https://order-dispatch.acuity-cloud.com

  • Used by the dispatcher to split linen into trolleys

 

WEBORDER INVOICING https://order-invoice.acuity-cloud.com

  • Used by the invoice manager

  • Used by driver to manage their runs in linen delivery to customers (from laundry to hotels for example)

  • Used by the packer to prepare orders and linen

Order creation

An order is a list of products, with quantities of linen to prepare or already prepared at the laundry, related to a customer.

Customer sites have specific delivery days defined in Acuity Administration.

If the contract of the site is “Ordered”, orders are automatically generated in WOA for the delivery days of this site. They are labelled as “not ordered”.

Otherwise, orders can be created:

  • by the customer (hotel) in WebOrder Customer

  • by the administrator (laundry) in WebOrder Admin
