[EN] - Troubleshooting reading issues while using Acuity Tracking
Whenever you have issues with Acuity Tracking TSL version you need to do the following checks:
Download RFID EXPLORER 2 from Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uk.tsl.rfidexplorer2&hl=en&gl=US
Open the application
3. You will arrive on the home page of the application. If the TSL reader is not automatically detected, you need to click on the READER LIST and click on ADD NEW.
If you do not manage to add the device, that may happen because of several issues:
The Bluetooth connection on your mobile phone is OFF
The Bluetooth connection of the TSL is OFF
The mobile phone is not paired with the right TSL device
