FAQ - Why should I synchronize Acuity Tracking application?
Whenever you make a request to add/delete a location, zone, wearer etc on the commissioning platform, it is stronly advised to synchronize your Acuity Tracking application.
Why, you may ask.
Because Acuity Tracking is using the data found on the commissioning platform for the Inventory process or other processes such as: Clean reception, Soiled linen etc.. If the application is not synchronized, the latest data will NOT appear in your processes ( Inventory, Clean reception, Soiled etc).
Steps to synchronize:
Login with your credentials to the Acuity Tracking application.
Then, click on the 3 dots as per below image to show the settings:
3. Then, choose Synchronization:
4. Finally, the application will be synchronized with the latest data found in the commissioning platform.
