[EN] Reader disconnected from network

Pre-requisite: check with IT team the network physical wiring.
Connexion must be effective between equipment and network switch.
Reader status icon must be in gold or green color.
If icon is in red color, the reader is stopped:
Check cable between smart reader and impinj reader if the reader is a SRU 500.
Try a reset from the status icon then click on RESET.
Else, in case of TTS500 or Cabin (reader inside the equipment), contact the support team.
