Goals

Web Order Admin (WOA) is a web application dedicated to manage customers orders.

Orders are displayed by delivery day.

A workflow management is implemented to update or validate orders.

Orders created through Web Order Customer or Dispatch Portal can be updated and completed.

WOA is live updated depending on quantities entered on WOD or WOC.

  • Secured access with username / password authentication

  • Synchronization of data between web portals

Major features

  • Creation/updates of orders

  • Display of orders of customers that have not yet created the orders

  • Alerts regarding maximum quantities to order by site, minimum quantities, bundle size

  • Copy of last order to generate a new order

  • Visual indication of order status:

    • Pending

    • Validated

    • In Progress

    • Ready or Partial

    • Delivered

  • Weight estimation per order and per delivery day

  • Route associated to the order

  • Search an order

  • Display of paused customers

How to Modify an order (edit/change order)


I don’t see my customer

  • Check that delivery days are correctly set in WebAdmin Portal
  • Check that contract value is correct in WebAdmin Portal

How can I manage manage closed customers or with unpaid orders?

In Acuity Administration :

  • Update customer to set him in PAUSE.

  • Add a message to explain the reason of the pause.

A customer in pause is no more allowed to order.

A warning will be displayed if they try to create an order for this customer.

Useful to manage customers closed for works, holidays or with unpaid.


How can I add a packer?

  1. Clic on Edit

  2. Select or Add a Packer


I don’t want to see the not ordered orders

Filter on “All ordered” orders


I want to search an order with a past delivery date

Go to Select Reference date icon


I want to search an order with specific criteria


Why my customer is 3 stars?

In Web Order Admin Portal I can see my customer with 3 stars:
