When we need to diagnose an issue with your collaboration, we are used to use Teamviewer as a remote tool. Thus, we need to have Teamviewer ID.

Thus, on the computer on which you want to give us an access, please open Teamviewer tool and share with us this information after clicking in “Remote Control” tab.

We also use TeamViewer Host on our PC or tablets. In this context, we have the ability to connect the device without asking you for ID as soon as the device is linked to Internet.

You might ask what is the difference between “normal” TeamViewer and TeamViewer Host?

TeamViewer Host gets installed on e.g. a Server as a service, and you can connect to it from remote anytime you need. Normal teamviewer full edition connects people by "running" the teamviewer software themselves (having to run them manually each time), or to connect to TeamViewer Host servers.
