Goals
Web Order Admin (WOA) is a web application dedicated to manage customers orders.
Orders are displayed by delivery day.
A workflow management is implemented to update or validate orders.
Orders created through Web Order Customer or Dispatch Portal can be updated and completed.
WOA is live updated depending on quantities entered on WOD or WOC.

How to Modify an order (edit/change order)
I don’t see my customer
- Check that delivery days are correctly set in WebAdmin Portal
- Check that contract value is correct in WebAdmin Portal
How can I manage manage closed customers or with unpaid orders?
In Acuity Administration :
Update customer to set him in PAUSE.
Add a message to explain the reason of the pause.

How can I add a packer?
Clic on Edit
Select or Add a Packer
I don’t want to see the not ordered orders
Filter on “All ordered” orders
