LMS Overview

  • ACUITY Administration : to set up & administrate customer information (ward, delivery days, wearers, …), product category, category

  • WebOrder Customer : Customer portal owned by the laundry to catch customer order, and exchanges (PO, message, order status, delivery note printing)

  • WebOrder Admin : to manage daily order follow up into the laundry by Operation Manager

  • WebOrder Dispatch : to manage daily order preparation (split into trolley, in progress/completed orders, packing slips, delivery notes etc ….)
