[@ Print] Context and Templates


Acuity print server uses different templates. Each type is specific to an instant of the order validation cycle.

On each station open the print configuration to define which template and which printer must be used.

Following chapter describes which “Document type” corresponds to each print function / action.


WOA - Status Not Ordered

No print while order status is

  • not ordered

  • Pending


WOA - Status Validated

Action print button or print menu

Packing order when order is Validated or In progress

  • Type: PACKING

Print sheet to help packer:

  • Display quantity to prepare

  • No trolley information

  • Include input field to allow manual quantity entry

  • Include field for packer to sign

Packing order when order is Ready or Partial

  • Type: DELIVERYNOTE

Print sheet for customer:

  • One sheet per order

  • Display prepared quantity

  • Display trolley count and estimated weight

The number of trolleys will not be displayed if the trolleys are in "prepared" status, not "completed".

You need to validate each trolley by clicking on the validation icon in Web Order Dispatch. The number of carts will then be displayed on the delivery note.
