The number of trolleys will not be displayed if the trolleys are in "prepared" status, not "completed".
You need to validate each trolley by clicking on the validation icon in Web Order Dispatch. The number of carts will then be displayed on the delivery note.
Trolley in “prepared status” (the number of trolleys will not appear on your DL)
Trolley in “completed” status (the number of trolleys will appear on your DL).
