Goals

WebOrder Admin (WOA) is a web application dedicated to manage customers orders.

Orders are displayed by delivery day for each customer which have a contract with the provider.

Orders created through WebOrder Customer or Dispatch Portal can be updated and completed in WOA.

WOA is live updated depending on quantities entered on WebOrder Dispatch or WebOrder Customer

Dedicated to

Users are administrators, they are in charge of creating or updating orders.

They can create orders when the hotel forgot to create them.

Rules

  • Secured access with username / password authentication: only authorized users with administrator rights can access to WOA.

  • Orders created in WebOrder Customer are visible in WOA.

  • Copy of last order to generate a new order

  • Display of orders of customers that have not yet created the orders

I don’t see my customer

  •  Check that delivery days are correctly set in WebAdmin Portal
  •  Check that contract value is correct in WebAdmin Portal

How can I manage manage closed customers or with unpaid orders?

In Acuity Administration :

  • Update customer to set him in PAUSE.

  • Add a message to explain the reason of the pause.

A customer in pause is no more allowed to order.

A warning will be displayed if they try to create an order for this customer.

Useful to manage customers closed for works, holidays or with unpaid.




I don’t want to see the not ordered orders

When a customer should order but has not ordered yet, a not ordered order is automatically generated and displayed in WebOrder Admin.

Administrator can then add “to prepare” and “prepared” quantities.

If the user doesn’t want to see these types of orders, there is a possibility to filter on “All ordered” orders:


I want to search an order with a past delivery date

Go to Select Reference date icon


I want to search an order with specific criteria


I want to sort customers by priorities.

In Web Order Admin Portal I can see my customer with stars:

Stars are defined in Acuity Administration and allow to sort customers by priorities
