How to change delivery day for a certain trolley

Go to : https://order-dispatch.acuity-cloud.com/

Select the order for the trolley you want to change the delivery date:

Then, choose the trolley you want to move from the order.

Afterwards, select the three dots on the trolley:

 

Click Move Trolley:

And select Move.

If you already have an open order that is about to be delivered in the same day for the same client, you will receive an error message that this action is denied in WOD. In this case, please check if an order is already open in WOD for today, that might be the reason for WOD not letting you move the trolley for today.

In this scenario, you can move the trolley directly into the existing order.
