Access to print server console

To access the print server console, please go to http://printserver:801/print/admin.html where printserver is the IP or network name of your print server. If you wish to access the console directly from the print server, you can also type http://localhost:801/print/admin.html

 

Port is defined in configuration file and can be changed (default value is 801).

To do so, go to the print server installation directory (usually c:\HID\acuity-print) and edit the application.yml file located in the ‘server’ folder

 

Ensure the service “Invengo – Acuity Print – HTTP Server” has been configured and is started

Menu is available on the right of the screen

Adding a printer

Start the print server console : http://localhost:801/print/admin.html and click on th e'+' sign in the upper right corner

The following window will appear, please fill the Printer name then choose one of the printers in the dropdown list and click on 'Add'

The printer must be installed on the computer hosting the print server
